Criminal Justice Associates provides a Full Range of Specialized Interviewing Services (SIS) for Corporate, Human Resources, Pre-employment, Legal and other matters in major FL cities. Specialized Interviewing Services can be used as a standalone method or in conjunction with traditional lie detection and/or truth verification methods. SIS can develop information to help resolve problems, mitigate those out of control, to include civil and criminal matters. They are especially useful in human resource matters such as sexual harassment, hostile workplace, disputes between employees, vendor problems, and suspected criminal activities.
Specialized interviewing services are also valuable when a lie detector test cannot be used per applicable law or if a person(s) refuses to submit to one. Even with the proliferation of advanced surveillance cameras, this technology cannot provide all of the answers. Surveillance cameras Do Not Record audio by law in most cases. They often do not cover every area of the facility or parking lot. Surveillance systems do not cover activities in rest rooms, executive offices, break rooms, select hallways, or remote parking areas. Another issue is not all surveillance systems store events for long periods of time, have inadequate controls in place where the recordings can be deleted or compromised. As an example, most of the employee theft cases we worked had surveillance cameras in use, but they did not tell the whole story.

EMPLOYEE - COMPANY ASSESSMENT INTERVIEWS
Specialized interviews of employees can provide a wide range of valuable information if conducted properly. You can discreetly obtain information by conducting employee and company assessment interviews conducted in a professional, yet casual manner. These interviews are employee optional and do not violate any state or federal employment laws. Interviewing programs can be customized to your needs. In past cases the cooperation we receive is high as the job market is unpredictable and most employees want to be cooperative. We also have computer-based employee assessments for a wide range of industries that involve no personal interviews.
PRE EMPLOYMENT INTERVIEWS - DAY CARE CENTERS, CHURCHES, & OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
Our firms conducts pre and post-employment and other specialized interviews for Day Care Centers, Churches, and other places where a caregiver, counselor, associate pastor, or other person will have contact with persons under 18-years of age. This is a tremendous area of liability and especially when the person(s) have non supervised access to male and/or females under 18-years of age. There are countless examples of lawsuits being filed against the organization that hired the person(s) who had some form of unlawful or questionable contact with a minor in the course of his or her employment.
In cases where sexual harassment, sexual contact, or similar allegations are made we conduct a comprehensive interview of the accused person(s) which might involve administering a lie detector test. The accused has the option to refuse the test as well. Since we are not part of the organization our interviews are objective and non-biased and provide valuable information for management, board members and outside legal counsel. All of our interview results are strictly confidential and are not disclosed without the consent of the client company or organization.
Our specialized interviewing services will identify omissions, false statements, and other problems during the interview process. We do an extensive review of the employment application and resumes as part of our professional services. Our computerized database systems can also expose false statements, personal residency discrepancies, probation and parole in other states, and other information of value. This is even more important when any organization is hiring person(s) from out of state. In terms of hiring person(s) from foreign countries we can provide assistance in this area as well. SPECIALIZED INTERVIEW SERVICES - SERVICE DELIVERY
The methods we use in all of our specialized interviewing services are non-confrontational and consistent with state and federal laws to include being HR compliant. We provide a comprehensive plan of action before any professional services are provided. In cases of existing employees, it is not required that they cooperate unless he or she consents to the process. Nonparticipation is not an indication of guilt in all cases. We cease any interviews where hostility or threats surface during the process. We conduct pre-cursory interviews as to determine who the difficult subjects might be when we have to interview large numbers of people.
