Government Agencies – City, County, & State Agencies 

Our firm is an independent professional source of pre employment background interviews and exams for Police, Fire, 911 Dispatch, and Emergency Services.  Our role is to augment LE agencies in this area in terms of overflow and retesting where applicable.  We have various exam formats covering a wide range of hiring scenarios.  Our formats are for new hires, existing officers seeking employment at other LE agencies and special services for security agencies.  In addition, we provide pre-employment exams for armored car drivers, alarm company & monitoring employees, pharmaceutical/drug companies, all of which are exempt from EPPA provisions.  This also includes any theft of property, filing false reports, or other offenses that are normally state violations as well.  All exams are conducted in compliance with state & federal laws.

We can also provide interview & examinations for Professional Standards – Internal Affairs matters. These services would be provided on a special request basis. An example would be conflict of interest, personnel issues, or some other reason to bring in an outside contractor. All inquiries and services are confidential and provided per agreement with the law enforcement agency requesting same.

We conduct interviews & exams for matters involving sexual mis-conduct, false reports, sexual harassment and/or hostile workplace, use of force issues, criminal accusations, and other matters.
